Cross-country ski sledging for people with disabilities

Cross-country ski sledging for people with disabilities

Do you have mobility challenges? No problem! Come and rent your cross-country ski sled adapted for people with reduced mobility.

The cross-country ski sled also includes poles.

Some elements of the sled are adjustable as needed.

Please note that it is necessary to have good torso, abdominal and upper body strength to successfully propel the sled. Good coordination of movements is also necessary.

As this is a free activity, you need to be independent to prepare yourself and get into the sled. If you need help, make sure you are accompanied by a loved one and / or a friend.

Cross-country skiing has never been so accessible!

Please communicate by email to: reception@relaispleinair.ca for any questions.
