Well done to everyone who participated!

Summer 2022

Once again this year, the inclusive Outdoor Relays were a great success with a grand total of 116 participants, chaperones and volunteers of all types of disabilities.

Paddle boarding, kayaking, hiking, tandem biking, yoga and outdoor art workshops, including fitting of adapted equipment.

Nothing stops us!

Thank you all for coming in such large numbers!

We'll see you next year for a new edition full of twists and turns.

Summer 2021

Last summer, Les Relais plein air organized a full week of activities ranging from co-running, tandem cycling, yoga, the arts and a host of demonstrations of adapted equipment.
This week of extraordinary activities even earned us the 2021 David Prize in the inclusive activity category in addition to receiving honors and congratulations from MPs Maryse Gaudreault and Seven Mackinnon.

WINTER 2021, 2022 and 2023

In 2023, several
winter activities adapted to the needs of people in situations of
disability. There was cross-country sled skiing, classic cross-country skiing and snowshoeing with groups of blind people.
